A new landmark in Fort Greene, The Everly (developed by Rockrose and designed by SLCE and Slade Architecture) features 609 units of "elevated yet effortless" living. ProSpec LLC collaborated with the design and construction team to supply high-performance finishes and critical installation systems on schedule and on budget. In the unit bathrooms, the Casalgrande Padana Marmoker Series delivers a spa-inspired aesthetic, while NAC sound abatement materials, expertly installed by Jantile, provide the acoustic privacy essential for luxury high-rise living. It was a privilege for ProSpec LLC to be a part of bringing this 418,092-square-foot project to life.
