FUN FACTS
The Miramar stands as a transformative mixed-use development in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan. Spanning a full city block, this dual-tower project brings 698 rental units to the waterfront, including 281 units dedicated to affordable housing. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and developed by LMXD, Taconic Partners, and MSquared, we were proud to contribute to this landmark project by delivering a diverse range of premium materials on time and within budget. The project features a striking, expansive lobby finished with Casalgrande Padana’s Le Ville collection. Utilizing 48"x48" large-format terrazzo-look tiles, New Rock Marble & Tile expertly executed the installation to achieve a sophisticated aesthetic that anchors the building’s ground floor. Our contribution continued into the residences, where we supplied a diverse palette of high-performance porcelain, ceramic wall tiles, and Hanstone quartz surfaces. Integrated with MAPEI technical systems throughout the project, these materials deliver a sophisticated finish built to withstand the demands of modern city living.
